Deposit Payment and How to Book:

Reservations at Casale Fonte di Rose are confirmed; after you have received confirmation of your reservation via e-mail you will have to send us the confirmatory deposit of approximately 15% to 30% (depending on the period) to be paid within 1 day of booking confirmation with instant bank transfer and/or credit card.

We request that the receipt of the deposit be sent via e-mail; so as to send the 20% discount code for the purchase of the ferry ticket.

Balance

You must include your first and last name in the reason for payment for instant bank transfers. For example, 'Mario Capocchi' as the deposit (you must include the name used to make the reservation).

The balance must be paid on the day of arrival, after checking in at the apartment, in cash and/or at a nearby ATM and/or via immediate bank transfer of the balance of the stay 24 hours before check-in (credit cards are accepted).

Booking or booking cancellation

• In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount of the deposit will be refunded with reimbursement of the entire amount net of bank charges.

• After you have received confirmation of your booking, you can send us a deposit of approximately 15% to 30% (depending on the period) of the entire stay.

• In case of cancellation of the stay, within 14 days of arrival (7 days in the months of low Season and 30 days in August), the payment will be refunded.

• Then it will be transformed into a bonus/credit for a new booking to be made within the following 3 years (the bonus can also be transferred and used by friends and relatives).

• Early departures and / or late arrivals do not give the right to any refund.

The day of arrival 

Check-in: starting from 04:00 pm

• Please remember to communicate your departure time from the Port of Piombino, so that we can deliver your apartment to the Casale as soon as possible.

• Should customers arrive before 4:00 pm, it is possible to enter the apartment (in case it is already ready).

• Should the customers arrive after 08:00 pm

• Please communicate the ferry time at least 48 hours in advance by email

On the day of departure;

Check-out: by 10:00 am
If the customer has booked the ferry in the afternoon or evening, he/she can leave the car in the parking lot with luggage.use the farm services
