Booking and Deposit Payment and How to Book:
To confirm, specify the chosen offer.Reservations at Casale Fonte di Rose are confirmed; after you have received confirmation of your reservation via e-mail you will have to send us the confirmatory deposit of approximately 15% to 30% (depending on the period) to be paid within 1 day of booking confirmation with instant bank transfer and/or credit card.
You must include your first and last name in the reason for payment for instant bank transfers. For example, 'Mario Capocchi' as the deposit (you must include the name used to make the reservation). We request that the 'cro number' deposit be sent via email; so as to send a discount code for the purchase of the ferry ticket.
Balance
The balance must be paid on the day of arrival, after checking in at the apartment, in cash and/or at a nearby ATM and/or via immediate bank transfer of the balance of the stay 48 hours before check-in (credit cards are accepted).
A damage deposit of €150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Portable air conditioning available on request: (with doors and windows closed ) € 15 per night (12 hours), € 30 (24 hours).A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival, collected as a cash payment.
Cancellation Policy (Renunciation)

• In case of cancellation of the stay, the amount of the deposit will be refunded with reimbursement of the entire amount net of bank charges.
• Cancellation is free of charge and without penalty if made within 14 days before arrival (30 for the month of August and 5 in the low season months)
•Then it will be transformed into a bonus/credit for a new booking to be made within the following 3 years (the bonus can also be transferred and used by friends and relatives).
• Early departures, late arrivals or no-shows do not entitle you to any refund.

Check-in express
Please remember to communicate your departure time from the Port of Piombino, so that we can deliver your apartment to the Casale as soon as possible.
Starting from 04:00 pm
• Should customers arrive before 4:00 pm, it is possible to enter the apartment (in case it is already ready).•or use the casale services.
Should the customers arrive after 08:00 pm• Please communicate the ferry time at least 48 hours in advance by email
